The Following Terms and Conditions applies to all bookings

A Refund must be approved by management in order to be Valid

• Cancellation fee $25.00 without 24-hour notice
• Service fee of $20.00 if driver has to return left items in vehicle
• Reservations made less than 24-hours is a $10.00 service fee
• Rides over $100.00 requires a $50.00 deposit
• Peak hours Surcharge of $20.00 from 10:00pm - 4:00am
• Any damage or vomiting in vehicle is a $250.00 fee and up
